Jason graduated in 2013 from the University of Western Ontario with concurrent degrees in Civil Engineering (Structural option) and Earth & Planetary Science after having previously received a diploma in Architectural Technology from Fanshawe College in 2008. Since 2013 he has been growing his knowledge of Structural Engineering theories, principles, practices, and standards.
Jason has broad Structural Engineering experience across residential, industrial, commercial, and utility sectors including such niche areas as condition assessments, structural inspections, stability testing, fall protection, product load testing, and aluminum modular ramp systems. He is experienced in the field, providing on-site problem-solving and support to move construction projects forward. This has given him an understanding of Structural Engineering solutions that work for both the Design Engineer and the contractor.
Jason is a part of the London branch of Caskanette Udall Consulting Engineers providing Structural Engineering support and expertise. Jason plans to continue his education in the areas of Building Science, Fire Cause and Origin Investigations, and Forensic Engineering.
Jason is registered with Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO) and obtained a Professional Engineer designation in March of 2018.
